JEWELRY, HOMEWARES & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

All other items are exchange/store credit only unless otherwise marked. Customers are responsible for any/all shipping handling fees when exchanging their item(s)

Items that are returned damaged/worn will only be eligible for a partial credit of 50% of the original sale price.

Store credit if applicable only applies to the subtotal of the purchase, and does not apply to any applicable shipping fees/taxes.


DAMAGES


Contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. If you will be unavailable when your order arrives please inform us prior to delivery.

Refunds if applicable are issued once the item is received by M&L. Any claims for damaged goods outside of this time frame will be declined.

EXCHANGES

Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any requests for exchange outside of this time frame will be declined and marked a final sale.

Orders must be shipped back to M&L within 10 business days of arrival with proof of tracking. Customers are responsible for any/all shipping and handling fees when returning their order.

Store credit if applicable only applies to the subtotal of the purchase and does not apply to any applicable shipping fees/taxes. 

A credit will only be issued once items have been received in our studio.

Please note we cannot guarantee fabric availability and some items from your order may now be sold out at time of re-ordering.
